Accessibility Statement

Last updated: February 5, 2026

SaveSouthScottsdale.org (“Save South Scottsdale,” “we,” “us”) is committed to making our website accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We continually work to improve the user experience for everyone and to apply relevant accessibility standards.

What web accessibility is

An accessible site helps visitors with disabilities browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be supported through the capabilities of the system the site is operating on and through assistive technologies such as screen readers and keyboard navigation.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

We aim to support accessibility best practices and work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, where reasonably possible. Our ongoing efforts may include:

  • Using clear headings and readable structure across pages

  • Providing alternative text for images when possible

  • Supporting keyboard navigation where supported by the platform

  • Using color contrast that improves readability

  • Reducing unnecessary motion where possible

  • Reviewing new content for accessibility as we add it

Third-Party Content

Some pages may include links to, embedded content from, or documents hosted by third parties. We do not control the accessibility of third-party content, but we welcome feedback if something creates a barrier so we can look for alternatives or add context.
